Rich Boakes on June 20, 2013 10:42 I had cause to ride along Elm Grove yesterday, and expecting the lobster car to be parked on the yellow line I turned on my camera, and... well, if passing a bike on a fairly empty road is *this* hard, perhaps scooterboy should give up on his provisional license? I've reduce the volume of the expletive a lot, but it's still audible, so NSFW.
