Northbound: The cycle path crosses the entrance of the garage as cars accelerate out to rejoin the carriageway. There appears to be no indication to cars that they should give way to cyclists or vice versa. The entrance slip road to the garage indicates that cyclists should give way to traffic entering.
Southbound: The issue is much worse as traffic entering the garage and therefore crossing the cycle path can be doing so at some speed and is approaching the cyclist from behind. Similar issue at the exit to the garage – traffic approaches the cyclist from behind.
